Posterior inferior cerebellar artery orgin and course Diagram

The posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) usually arises from vertebral artery near basilar origin, courses around medulla to supply inferior cerebellum, lateral medulla, and choroid plexus of fourth ventricle. Occlusion causes Wallenberg syndrome.
